Returns and complaints

With Artikon online store, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of taking over the goods, during which time the buyer must deliver to the seller an act with which the current legal regulation connects the manifestation of the will to withdraw from the contract. The buyer can exercise this right to withdraw from the contract by either personally delivering the goods to the seller's store together with an expression of the will to withdraw from the contract, or by sending the goods to the seller's address at his own expense via one of the carriers together with a written expression of the will to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract by the consumer within 14 days the buyer has right to withdraw without any penalty, this does not affect the seller's right to reimbursement of costs associated with returning the goods.

When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the goods should be returned complete, if possible in the original packaging without signs of use, including all accessories, warranty cards and instructions. If all the above conditions for returning the goods are met, the money for the goods will be sent to you by transfer to your account, no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. The buyer is not entitled to reimbursement of the costs that he paid to the seller in connection with the delivery of the goods back by the carrier.

  • Your money will be returned back to your bank accout within 14 days since accepting the parcel at our warehouse
  • We state our right to reduce the returned amount for possible repair of the product to its original state if it has been used or damaged

 

Complaint can be claimed if these conditions are met:

  • The warranty period for the goods is still valid (depends on the type of products, if not stated otherwise it is 2 years automatically)
  • A complaint is accepted if the goods arrived damaged (provable defect) or do not correspond to their description and display on the website
  • If the goods were delivered damaged, the customer is obliged to notify the seller immediately and within 14 days of delivery at the latest
  • The goods should be returned completely to the company's warehouse address (below in the text) for an appropriate assessment
  • The complaint will be properly assessed and evaluated within 30 calendar days at the latest. If the claim is accepted, the goods will either be exchanged for new goods or the total amount refunded, usually according to the agreement with the customer.
