Base medium for watercolor transparent 500ml Schmincke - 50704

Watercolour base medium transparent Schmincke you can Apply to surfaces such as wood, canvas or other boards. Fit works as a base "sheps" for painting with watercolours. We recommend it, for example, if you want a combined technique of watercolour + acrylic (you can apply watercolour on the canvas) or painting on specific materials. The substrate is transparent, lightfast and ageless.

Processing instructions:

• Shake or stir briefly before use.
• AQUA-Grund, transparent is ready to use and should be applied as evenly as possible on the surface with a brush.
• If you apply more than one coat, the previous coat should always be allowed to dry completely before applying the next; drying time depends on the thickness of the coat and the climate of the room.
• Once dry, it can be directly painted over with watercolours.
• If necessary, the product can be tinted with watercolour or acrylic paint before processing. (The product must never get into water colours! Don't forget to mix them separately on the palette!)
• The product is miscible with water but dries to be insoluble in water.
• Immediately after use, clean the tool with water or water and soap.
• The product should not be used at temperatures below 10°C and at room temperature.
• Close the container immediately after use.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Protect from frost.
