Lascaux 2040 Retarder 250mlA drying retarder for acrylic paints, gels and media. Dried paints that have been treated with a retarder can be opened with a mixture of water or fresh paint within approx. 1 hour. Recommended admixture is 10 to 30% in pure paint or in any proportion diluted with water (up to 1:10). The retarder evaporates slowly from the paint film and therefore slows down the drying time of the painting.
The retarder is not suitable for outdoor use. Not suitable for very absorbent substrates. The product does not affect the shine or colour shade.
Dilute the water.
