Latex molding white 250ml

Latex GÉDÉO from Pébéo is a dense and concentrated latex compound made from natural rubber. Suitable for the production of smaller moulds with complicated shapes. Ideal if you are working on objects with shallow relief. Package content 250ml.

Instructions for use: apply with a brush or by dipping the object
(brush)
1) Apply the latex to the object using a brush and allow to dry for about 10 minutes.
After drying, apply the Latex in the same way in about two to three more coats. Then leave to dry for 6 hours.
2) Remove the object from the latex case when the case is completely hardened.
3) As a reproduction material, you can pour plaster, liquid glass, etc. into the latex mold.

(by immersion)
1) Dilute the latex with one part water.
2) Immerse the selected object in latex for 1 minute, remove and allow to drain.
3) Repeat this soaking procedure until you get a layer of about 1.5mm on the object.
4) Wait for the object to dry completely (6-12 hours) before removing the mould.
5) Finally, dust the outside of the mould with talcum powder and remove the mould by turning it inside out

Tips: For rubber or rubber castings, first grease the mould vaseline. Before using the brushes, wash them with spring water before soaking them in latex. Use a second coat of water before the latex dries to strengthen the latex mold plaster strips and immediately apply a third coat. You can use a hair dryer to speed up drying. Wash brushes immediately after application in soapy water or soak in thinner.
