Canvas Rosa Economy 280g - various sizes

Stretched painting canvas made of 100% cotton with a fine acrylic gesso. It is particularly suitable for acrylic and oil paints where a coarse texture is not required. The manufacturer Rosa prepares the canvas according to traditional methods - he does not apply 2 layers of base and then 3 layers of sheepsfoot - everything is done by hand. Thanks to this, the canvas is strong and can be stretched for a really long time. In the case of this canvas it is the lowest quality series, it can be seen in the number of layers of the seam, the stretcher bars profile and the quality of the canvas itself. For students or undemanding artists, however, this is still a relatively high quality canvas at a very attractive price.
