How do I know that particular product is in stock?
To be sure click on the product and look for "Availibility". If you see green "In stock", we have it in our warehouse ready for shipping. For fast processing and delivery of your order make sure to only add products in stock. Otherwise the time needed for getting your order ready will be increased by waiting for supply.
If I order today, when will my package arrive?
The delivery time may vary depending on the goods ordered and country you are from. Usually we are able to prepare your parcel within the next business day. For closer detail about delivery itself please check here for different countries.
Where can I track the status of my order?
We inform you about all changes in the order such as its confirmation, dispatch, etc. by automatic emails. Registered customers can also monitor the current status after logging in to the "My Studio" section. There we also enable additional download of the invoice and a retrospective view of the order. Once we hand over the package to the couriers, we recommend tracking the progress of the package directly in the carrier's system - you can find the links here.
How can I return goods? Where can I complain?

How do your gift vouchers work and what is the validity?
We have vouchers either in physical form (printed) or online (sent by email). The advantage of online vouchers is faster sending and the associated absence of postage. Redemption takes place on the basis of a specific 16-digit code that is linked to each voucher. Purchase and use are possible both at online shop and brick-and-mortar shops. Standard validity is for 1 year.
Where can someone help me with the selection of goods?
We are happy to assist you every workday Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00 CET. If you are complete novice and have no idea about what you need we recommend to look for workshop in order to get to know the very basics.
Where can I take my picture for framing?
