Why is there fee to enter the program?
We thought and discussed a lot about this policy, and in the end we decided to charge the entry with a symbolic 4 €. The reason is simple - we don't really want just anyone to register. The program is intended for loyal customers for whom membership is worthwhile and who deserves to receive a discount. Offering cards to everyone for free would in many cases mean unnecessary work, unnecessary costs that we can dedicate to other projects and, last but not least, unnecessary plastic waste. Unlike large chains, our motive for introducing the program is not to monitor your shopping habits, but to offer a real discount; therefore we do not need as many people as possible to have the card.
Can I also register at the brick-and-mortar stores?
Yes, sure. We have the cards ready at each store, so you just need to come and we will arrange everything with you on the spot.
How is the discount calculated for my older purchases?
If you have an online account with us with order history, then these purchases will be taken into account immediately after registering for the bonus program. Example: you regularly order several times a year, in the last 365 days (=calculation period) you purchased materials for total of 900 €. After registration, you will immediately have an appropriate 5% discount, you will not start from zero.
The size of the discount then changes according to the current amount of spending for the mentioned 365 days. Just as it can increase, it can also decrease.
Can I share my card with anyone else?
The card is always registered in one name, so it should not be shared with someone else. The exception is for companies and institutions (schools, kindergartens, non-profit organizations, etc.) where several people shop for one place.
What are the benefits apart from the discount?
We are working on further use of the program and we will be happy for your suggestions. Already now, you can, for example, look back on your purchases in your account (specifically, this was not possible from brick-and-mortar stores until now) and find out, for example, which shade of paint you used on a picture six months ago. We are also considering premium content in the form of articles, videos and tutorials, or sending a monthly overview of news and information to email addresses.
